The cottage sits on 1.5-acre lot with 220 feet of waterfront on Lac Lacroix. Very private, quiet property with a breath-taking view of the lake from the cottage, the hot tub, deck & dock. The lake has a gradual descent making it safe for swimming. This quaint, pristine environment is only 1 1/2 hours from Ottawa/Hull, 20 minutes from Gracefield, and 10 minute to the municipality of Cayamant, Quebec. Fishing, hunting, hiking, and snow-shoeing is right outside your door. Only 1/2 hour to horseback-riding and downhill skiing.
